Big City Living with Clients In Mind

Take a look around, most law offices are located in the heart of a city’s downtown in large skyscrapers. Generally speaking, finding parking is nearly impossible and simply finding the office location can be daunting.

Wolfe Law Group, with offices in New Orleans, LA and Seattle, WA are located in neighborhoods just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown, which makes traffic, parking and finding our office less stressful.

WLG New Orleans is located uptown on Prytania Street within walking distance from great restaurants, the street car on St. Charles Avenue and Audubon Park. Aside from being in a great location, the office has ample parking outside. The office space once upon a time was a private residence. The charm of New Orleans is embraced by the office’s exterior and interior, making clients and colleagues feel as though they are right at home.

WLG Seattle is located in an area approximately 2 miles South of Downtown, know to locals as SoDo. SoDo is an industrial area with many construction related businesses. Now, SoDo has more to offer than meets the eye. Within one mile of WLG, you will find Starbucks’ headquarters and both the baseball and football stadiums, home to the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks. The majority of law firms in Seattle are located downtown in large corporate buildings. WLG’s location is convenient, intimate and accessible and gives client’s the option to “drive right up and come on in!”

WLG’s locations reinforce the firm’s dedication to being accessible to our clients. Choosing both locations with our clients’ needs in mind, sets WLG apart from many other law firms.

Wolfe Law Group Joins Master Builders Association

Wolfe Law Group is happy to announce that is now an Associate Member of the Master Builders Association (MBA) of King and Snohomish Counties.

The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBA) was founded in 1909 by a group of Seattle builders who saw a need to unite to address the many concerns and issues affecting the housing industry.

Today, the MBA membership continues to take an active role in all facets of home construction in the Puget Sound region.

Wolfe Law Group’s membership in the MBA is an example of its commitment to not only the legal community, but the trade of construction.

“Our firm is married to the construction industry,” says founding member Scott Wolfe, Jr. “We believe in the importance of the trade to every community, and we are committed to playing our part in the growth of the construction industries where we practice.”

“Unlike many other firms practicing construction law, Wolfe Law Group is fanatically focused on the practice area,” says member Doug Reiser. “All of our attorneys have some level of construction experience, and our Seattle office was opened right in the heart of the Northwest’s industrial community: SODO.”

Wolfe Law Group Opens Doors in SODO, Joins SODO Business Association

Wolfe Law Group is happy to announce it has opened the doors to its new full-time office in the SODO Business District of Seattle, WA. Wolfe Law Group becomes the first legal practice to establish a presence in the area, a traditionally industrial district, and is the only law firm in SODO focused on serving the construction industry. “We’re very excited about opening and serving the SODO community,” says Scott Wolfe, founding partner of the firm. “The neighborhood has a great energy, and we’re looking forward to being part of the ongoing changes here.”

The community, in fact, has changed over the past ten years, transitioning from a pure industrial area to a new mixed community ushered in by the opening of the Starbucks Center, Quest Field and Safeco Field.

In furtherance of the firm’s commitment to the area, it has also joined the SODO Business Association, an organization serving the agenda of the 50,000 employees and 2,000 businesses within SODO.

“It’s a natural fit for Wolfe Law Group,” says Doug S. Reiser, an attorney heading the firm’s new office. “Seattle has one of the country’s most prominent construction markets, and the center of that market is right here in SODO. This office is accessible to the construction industry and our clients.” Wolfe Law Group was founded in post-Katrina New Orleans, and only recently expanded to Seattle. “Our roots are important,” says Scott Wolfe, a New Orleans native. “We have some gut-wrenching background from the post-Katrina experience, which really cut this firm’s teeth. As we face the sub-prime concern here in Seattle, and a potential drop in construction numbers for the first time in years, our firm can bring real-world emergency experience to the table to deliver creative alternatives and results.”

“Aside from our unique experience and offerings, we think there is something really innovative about this new law office,” says Reiser. “Our firm focuses entirely on construction law, and we’re the first to come straight into SODO, the heart of Seattle’s construction market.” The 2000 square foot space is located at 3232 First Ave South, just steps away from the SODO Deli and A2T Graphics. The firm has construction lawyers practicing in New Orleans, LA and Seattle, WA. Our practice focuses on serving the construction industry and the parties involved with construction projects.
