Seth J. Smiley

Seth J. Smiley is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He earned his undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University in 2005. He attended the University of Washington Law School on his way to obtaining his J.D. at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2009. Seth is licensed to practice law in Louisiana (2009) and California (2011).

The son of a general contractor, Seth has first hand work experience in the construction industry prior to entering law school. During law school, he clerked for Wolfe Law Group for two years before coming an associate in 2009.

Seth is a proud husband (wife Jennifer) and father (son Jude) who resides with  his family in the New Orleans area. As an active member of the community, Seth is a board member of his local Audubon Riverside Neighborhood Association.

Seth handles all aspects of construction cases from initial contracting to getting contractors paid once work is complete. Other areas of focus include corporate/business formation and insurance property damage claims.
